Paraguay runs on 220V, 50Hz. Outlets are mainly Type C (two round pins); you’ll also find some Type A in hotels or older buildings. If your devices are 100, 240V, a simple plug adapter is enough. For 110V-only gear, bring a travel voltage converter. On my trip to Asunción, my laptop charger handled 230V with just a plug adapter.

During my stay in Asunción, Paraguay, outlets were 220V, 50Hz with Type C plugs; I used a universal adapter and dual-voltage charger.
