* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Along Rio Gurabo in Gurabo. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 PM AST, At 747 PM AST, USGS gauge reports indicated that Rio Gurabo at Gurabo (GURP4) is in minor flood stage. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the area. - Sectors downstream of this river at Juncos and Las Piedras are already under another Flood Warning. - Rises in this sector have been known to affect road PR-941. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Juncos, Las Piedras and San Lorenzo. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 736 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 8.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flooding will begin shortly or is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
